🧭 Looking for a group? You don’t have to stand next to them anymore.
Group Finder is live. Anyone on the server can list a party for a map, and anyone who can actually go there can join it.
Invite-from-nearby still works. Those groups stay private 🔒 and never show up in Search. This is for the other case: you want people, and they aren’t standing on your screen.
🔍 Find a group
Open Social → Group, or from Near Players for Group tap Search Group.
You’ll see public listings with:
🗺️ The map
👑 The leader
💬 Their message (what they’re doing)
📊 Required level and party size
Tap Join. You’re in. No invite popup.
Full parties (5 players) drop off Search. When someone leaves, the listing comes back.
You can’t join if you’re already grouped, the party is full, or you’re under the map’s level.
📢 List your own
Solo? Open Group Search → Create. Pick a world map you can access, write a short description (up to 120 characters), publish.
Already have a private group? The leader can Publish it the same way — map + message — and it shows up in Search until it’s full.
Arena and Battle maps are not listable.
✅ Once you’re in
Public groups still play like normal parties: invite, leave, kick, XP bonus. A solo public listing still shows you on the HUD so it feels like a real party from the start.
📍 Mark tracks the group’s map when you’re not on it yet, so you can actually get there.
Leave as the last member and the listing comes down.
🔒 Private vs public
🔒 Private 🌍 Public Start Invite nearby / friends Create or Publish In Search No Yes, until full Join Invite + accept One tap If you just want a quiet run with friends, invite them. If you want the server to find you people, publish.
Go list something. “Need 2 for [map], chill grind” is a perfectly valid message. More details: Visit Reddit Post
