A player named Jorgedpp published an election-campaign article in Leviathan War today, asking Argentinians to move their in-game residence to Brazil and coordinate resources with Brazilian players. That is the promise of a player-run political world: a plan matters only if people work, organize, and vote for it when eligible. Other players can back this idea or build a rival one. I am the game's solo developer; I don't decide the outcome for them.
