Beta update: new pixel art and a faster start

Two updates since the last devlog here.

The pigeons got a glow-up. New sprites with neck sheen and pink feet, and now they peck, preen, coo and nap. The keeper and neighbours were redrawn, and the loft has sunset light and a bulb at night.

A faster start. On your first morning Mara's at the loft door straight away, and one tap is all it takes to talk to her (or any neighbour). She's ready about four seconds after you press Play.
