Devlog #3 - Thanks to you, the community
We Won the PixelPicked Launch Campaign! 🎉
I honestly wasn’t expecting to write Devlog #3 quite so soon…
Ring Rave has just won this weeks PixelPicked Launch Campaign!
What makes this especially meaningful to me is that the winner wasn’t decided by judge or a panel of judges—it was decided by the PixelPicked community.
Knowing that so many people took the time to vote for Ring Rave against a strong lineup of competing games is incredibly humbling. As a solo developer, it’s easy to spend months working away on a project without knowing how people will react once they finally get to play it.
This vote gave me a huge confidence boost.
More importantly, it tells me that there’s genuine excitement around Ring Rave, and that’s an amazing feeling.
I’d like to say a massive thank you to everyone who voted, played the game, shared feedback, or simply supported the project along the way. Every download, every review, every suggestion, and every encouraging message has helped get Ring Rave to where it is today.
Winning the campaign, while being a fantastic milestone, is certainly not the finish line.
There’s still plenty I want to add, improve, and experiment with, and I’m more motivated than ever to keep making Ring Rave the best game it can be.
Again, from the bottom of my heart…
Thank you. ❤️
Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got a game to keep building.
Cheers!
