Soft Block 1.6: animated frames and app icons

This update adds three new frames: Night, Ember and Grove. They move all the time, not just when something happens. Night has drifting clouds and the occasional shooting star, Ember has live coals and sparks, and Grove has fireflies and a sprig that sways in the corner.

Clearing lines also looks and sounds different in each one. In Night the blocks turn into stardust, in Ember into embers, and in Grove into falling leaves.

You can now change the game's icon on your phone too. There are six to pick from.

These come in an optional one-time Supporter Pack. Everything that was free stays free, including the frames you earn in Shape.

Smaller things:

• pieces snap more easily when you drop them close to the right spot (someone on Reddit suggested this)
• the free frames now move in the Customize preview as well
• smoother startup and a few bug fixes
