New Gali, the ghats and our road map

Here is what we built this week for Gali Dash, and what comes next.

What's new

• A new Gali. Rebuilt from a fresh 3D model. His knees and elbows now bend properly, and he dances on the main menu. All 11 outfits work on him.
• The ghats. Now and then the gali climbs steps under the Gali Ghat arch onto a riverside walkway with boats, cane umbrellas and old havelis. Jump the brass pots, slide under the washing lines and watch out for cows.
• Rooftops. Coins up there count double, and a drainpipe slides you back down to the street.
• Also: a 3-2-1 countdown when you resume, round coins, bolder text and support for older 32-bit phones.

Road map

1. Next beta update: everything above, plus the Diwali date fix.
2. After that: new chasers besides Mummy, then a story set in the mohalla.
3. Public launch on Google Play: planned for late November 2026, after the 14-day closed test.
