Glowing Life has a Steam page!
Hey!
Glowing Life now has its own page on Steam, with a new trailer, new screenshots and a wishlist button.
If you'd like to follow the game, a wishlist is the easiest way. Steam lets you know the moment it comes out. For a small game like this one, every single wishlist also helps it get seen.

The demo here has kept growing too. Here's what changed over the last few weeks.
šæ Watching things grow back Flowers, bushes and trees now have their own awakening effects. Instead of everything simply popping back into existence, the plants grow back in their own way as Wisp brings life to the world.
It's a small detail, but it makes a real difference.

š¾ The animals came to life The animals got a lot more life: they wander, rest, groom, drink at the pond and make room when you walk into them. And after the first place, a little rabbit dares to come out and moves into the Sanctuary.
š¦ A little family reunion The fox family now has a little moment together after the cubs are reunited with their mother. They cuddle up. Honestly, I could watch them for ages.
I want these moments to feel like something you stumble upon, not just another thing to complete.

⨠Finding your way home You can now return to the Sanctuary at any time. Wisp dissolves into light, flies home and takes shape again when she arrives.
I've definitely used the home button more often than necessary just to watch the animation. :D
š” The animals have wishes, too The animals in the Sanctuary can now wish for special things. You'll find their requested items in hidden chests throughout the places you've already awakened.
Bring an item home and choose where to place it. The animal will come back to it again and again. Little by little, the Sanctuary becomes a place that feels like your own.

š± What's next?
Next, the Sanctuary gets a night sky where you can draw your own constellations. After that: more places. The forest is only the first world. Three more are waiting to wake.

For now, I'd love for you to play the demo and tell me what you think:
Does the world feel alive to you? Did you find one of the hidden chests? Was there a moment you didn't know what to do? Thanks for following along and helping me bring this little world to life. š
