General
Oct 8, 2026Last big update for a while. I finally feel like the game is complete and its time to sit back and let people enjoy it!
ALIENS
- Aliens have personality: idle moods on home, and your favorite alien sits in the Aliens pill
- The death screen shows a quip from your alien, with your favorite standing in the corner
- Your favorite steps aside instead of covering the new-alien chip or a button
- The alien collection animates every time you open it
- Long alien names shrink to fit in every language
- Tighter collection, with a rarity key
- The new-alien chip matches the Aliens pill, in gold
GAMEPLAY VISUALS
- Each unlocked trail sheds its own particles, streaming out behind the ball
- Mines have an eye that follows the ball
- Near-miss scorch marks stay on the obstacle, follow its curve, move with it, and have their own color
- Moving gates slide instead of stretching
- Rotors and rings no longer shake when grazed
- The rail glow tapers smoothly at both ends
- Day weather stays behind graze fields
HOME SCREEN
- Calmer layout: one Share button for today's score or your all-time score
- The how-to and daily note only show for new players
- Your two bests sit on a card, with the selected course lit
- Every button has a solid fill and shrinks slightly when tapped, with a haptic
- Larger Aliens and Menu pills, with clear space above them on every phone
LEADERBOARDS AND SHARING
- Tall phones show 7 leaderboard rows, including Yesterday's board
- The Random-course share card shows your all-time rank
DEATH SCREEN
- Quieter layout
- Objectives sit on a filled card and show a single check when all three are done
- Fits small phones, even with a banner ad
MENU AND SETTINGS
- Trail and App Icon open a pick list of every option you've unlocked
- Your Stats has a Back button that returns to the Menu
- Larger Text actually enlarges text
- Panels fade out when they close
TALL PHONES
- Bigger title, bests, death score, buttons and corner pills
BEHIND THE SCENES
- Support for in-app event links
- Every screen checked in all 9 languages, on small, standard and tall phones, with and without a banner ad
