ScanBeast 2.0.21 — Leaner, cleaner, fully online

Small release, but one that changes what ScanBeast asks of your phone.

• Clan chat now groups messages by day, with Today / Yesterday markers.
• The game tells you clearly when your connection drops, instead of failing silently mid-action.
• Local duels are gone. Fighting over local Wi-Fi or Bluetooth is no longer supported: every duel now runs online — challenge a friend, spar with your clan, or jump into matchmaking. ScanBeast already needed a connection to scan, evolve and rank, so the nearby-duel path had stopped making sense.
• Fewer permissions. Dropping those transports means the app no longer asks for Bluetooth or location. Nothing about the game changes; there is simply less of your phone we need access to.
• Leaderboard fix. Top players with long XP totals were squeezing their own clan name off the row. Clan tags now stay readable at every rank.
• Startup fix. The "no connection" notice could flash for a second when the app opened, even with a perfectly good network. It waits for a real answer now before saying anything. If you play on a spotty connection, the block also holds off briefly instead of interrupting you the moment you walk past a dead spot. Thanks for playing — and for the bug reports.
