24 hours left in Graze’s launch week. One ask.
Final day of launch week for GRAZE: Edge Rush, so this is the last one of these you will get from me.
Quick look back at what actually shipped in seven days, because I did not expect to touch it this much:
Made the game permanently free. I went in planning to test it for a few days and the feedback was good enough that I am not going back.
Added a rewarded continue. One per run, you choose whether to watch, and your score counts either way. That last part matters to me. I originally built it so continued runs only counted for the all time board, and someone here pushed back and was right. It counts everywhere now.
Added a daily wins counter. Win the daily leaderboard and it is recorded permanently on your home screen. Turns out people care a lot more about a number that never resets than about a score that wipes at the end of the day.
Fixed a bug where scores you set with no signal just vanished. They queue now and go up the moment you reconnect. That one had been quietly eating runs since launch and I feel bad about it.
That is the week. I built this in the sleepless stretch after my son was born, mostly at hours where nothing else was open, and getting to spend a week talking to people who actually play it has been the best part of the whole thing.
So the ask, plainly: if GRAZE: Edge Rush gave you anything this week, a decent run, one good near miss, a reason to come back the next morning, I would really appreciate your vote before launch week closes. I am one person doing all of this, and a win here genuinely changes what I can do next.
Either way, thank you for the week. It has been a good one.
New course and a fresh leaderboard tomorrow, same as always.
