Infitnite Update 2 Is Here: New Avatars, Deeper Combat, and a Rebuilt Beginning

Infitnite Update 2 is now live on iPhone, iPad, and Android.

If you're discovering Infitnite for the first time, I'm Walt, the solo indie dev behind it. I've been gaming for 30 years and training for 20, and I've spent the past five years connecting those two parts of my life through Infitnite.

It's a fitness fantasy RPG that brings together RPG progression and tools for your health and fitness inside a fantasy world. Your real workouts, nutrition, learning, and community activity help develop your Avatar, the Warrior who represents you in that world.

We launched Infitnite 5.0 in August. Full transparency: the launch was rocky. Players showed me where they were getting stuck, what wasn't working, and what they wanted more of. Update 1 improved the stability of the experience. Update 2 brings bigger changes to how you begin, how you train, and how connected you feel to your Warrior.

A closer connection to your Avatar

Our Minotaur, Revenant, and Synth Warriors now have full body artwork and matching portraits. The art reflects your race, gender, lineage (your ancestry within that race), and role (your chosen approach to combat).

Your profile brings that identity together with your progress, titles, and achievements. I want you to open it and feel a connection to the Warrior you're developing through your own effort.

The artwork doesn't change with every build choice yet. This update gives those identity choices a more visible presence in our world.

The monsters fight back

A Combat Quest turns your workout into a series of monster encounters. You perform your real exercise, log the set, and that work drives your turn. The monster responds while you recover between sets.

You don't need to interrupt a repetition to react to your phone. The training stays at the center of the experience.

Update 2 carries that battle through preparation, the encounter, recovery, and results, with new monster artwork and environments. You can see the exercise you're doing, the work you're aiming for, and what's happening in the fight.

Previous performance is easier to bring into your next set when eligible history is available. And if you adjust your plan, pause, or return later, the work you've already logged stays with the session.

A new beginning and a clearer world

Creating your Warrior now takes you through your identity, how you want to train, and your first real actions across training, nutrition, focus, and community. You can choose a quick or fuller introduction to those activities, or skip them and continue.

All five main hubs have been redesigned, bringing the world artwork, useful information, and the places you want to visit together. Returning to your training, logging a meal, exploring skills, or finding other players has a clearer starting point.

The question behind those changes is practical: how do you keep the depth of an RPG while making it easy to use during a real workout?

Fewer loading interruptions help. So does being able to continue an eligible workout when your connection drops, provided the app and workout content are already available on your device. Your saved work can sync when you're connected again.

Bring your next workout into Infitnite

Update 2 brings Infitnite closer to the game I wanted you to meet at launch. Our community helped shape that through bug reports, feature requests, and honest feedback. Thank you to everyone who took the time to share it.

You can start free, with no ads, microtransactions, battle passes, or paying for power. Vanguard is an optional subscription for additional tools and guidance.

I've recorded a full Update 2 walkthrough so you can see the changes in action.

I'd love to see your Warrior in our world. Explore Infitnite and start playing at fitnessfantasyrpg.com.
