Hoax Village, with the Rumor Chief Editor facing Tepung, Walkout and Kail.
Everything is under control. Or so they say. This is our first devlog, so hello! Nusarush is a pixel-art tower defense with roguelite runs: you deploy agents along a route, manage a battle budget, merge identical agents to tier them up, and pick Directives between waves. Today's update is the biggest one since launch, and we want to show how it came together.
A fifth district: Hoax Village

Chapter 5 opens after Project Bay 12. Hoax Village is a neighbourhood where news travels faster than anyone can check it: news kiosks, rooftop antennas, radio carts, stacks of newspapers, and one lonely fact-check post. It has 12 stages along a poured-concrete village lane, and the lane got its own road texture with expansion joints and hairline cracks, so it does not look like the dirt road of Queue Market.
Five new citizens walk that lane, each built on a behaviour players already know, so the district reads clearly from the first wave:
The Forwarder copies itself when hurt, because forwarded news never dies. Clickbait Writer disguises itself until someone looks closely. Rumor Broadcaster shuts down the nearest agent with a megaphone. Screenshot Editor jams your agents' skills. Comment Spammer is weak alone and annoying in swarms. The Forwarder, Clickbait Writer, Rumor Broadcaster, Screenshot Editor and Comment Spammer.
