The pictures begin to move

Pictures that stir The picture reels now play short moving clips: the hatchling turns its head, the children look on curious and unafraid, and the light and colours of each scene hold true. Two new stills join them, the Ursitoare at the table in the night by three coins, and the raven's two flasks on the well rim, which now hangs on the artwork page as a keepsake.

Two new secrets Two secrets have been laid in the woods for those who look. One belongs to the raven, one to the three fates. A dragon named after a name secret now hears that secret's scene, told of the dragon.

The tale told again If you kept your horse into a second telling, the river now speaks to you as a rider, and the horse earns its own scene when the river is done. In the second telling a level comes the moment the bar fills, whether from a duel won or a pack fight fled or thrown back. A master now carries your own Valley gifts in every life, your equal rather than something that outgrows you.

Fights easier to read Each foe wears its own colour in battle, with a switch in Settings to keep them plain. The dragon's name runs red to yellow like dragonfire. A foe killed by thorns outside an exchange is now properly won and paid, instead of fighting on dead.

Letters, clans and small comforts Letters and chats open at the newest message, not the bottom. Clan rank changes bring a letter. Heroes who finished the tale may send pictures with letters at any level. The wood lists its hunts, then the healer, then the way home, and the healer treats a level 1 hero free on a kept horse too.
