Game Description
Noctivore is a gothic RPG for your phone, a remake of the old browser game Crimson Moon rebuilt for one-handed play. Pick a Vampire, a Werewolf or a Hybrid and hunt: flush out prey, fight, feed, loot, and push deeper into the night.
- Six regions, 67 places, 128 creatures. From the Hollow Reach to the Dreaming, each region is harder than the last, and each has a one-time boss that drops a trophy.
- Gear that rolls. Every drop comes out a little different. Buy at the merchants, loot from the deep end, and re-roll your best pieces at the Offering Altar.
- Short sessions. Hunting costs energy, and energy refills over real time. Play a few minutes, come back later, and your hunter has rested.
- Hunger and blood. Feed on what you kill or the hunt starts costing more. Some blood is tainted.
- The Descent. Floors generated from your own stats, for when you want to see how deep you can go.
- Async PvP. Link an email to duel other hunters, climb the Ranked Tower each season, or send a friend a challenge link.
- Ten pastimes. Small arcade and puzzle games for when your energy is refilling. They pay only a high score, never power.
Play free at Noctivore, with nothing to download. Add it to your home screen and it opens full-screen like an app.

AI Disclosure
Noctivore is made by one developer working with AI tools. Most of the code was written with Claude (Anthropic) as a coding assistant, with every change reviewed, tested and shipped by me. The creature and hunter portraits and the map artwork were made with AI image tools. Game design, balance, writing and world-building are mine. There's no AI running inside the game: no chatbot, no generated text or images while you play.
