By accessing or using PixelPicked (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”) at pixelpicked.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of PixelPicked, including developers who submit and manage games and players who use the platform to discover, play, follow, discuss, and challenge friends through games.

PixelPicked is a mobile gaming platform. It allows developers to create game pages, publish development updates (devlogs), host HTML5 builds for playable demos and testing, review supported analytics, collect structured feedback, build communities, and run campaigns. Players can use personalized discovery, play supported demos, follow and like games, participate in ongoing communities, challenge friends, and build public gaming profiles around their interests and activity. Games may be in development or already released.

PixelPicked is not a final-release app store. We do not distribute final mobile binaries or process in-app purchases. Final downloads take place through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We only host HTML5 web builds for player testing, playable demos, and validation purposes.

To access certain features of PixelPicked, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You may not use another person's account without permission. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the platform or its community.

PixelPicked profiles are public and may show information you choose to add, such as your username, display name, bio, profile and cover images, game interests, featured badges, and public activity. Do not add information you do not want others to see or share.

You remain responsible for devlogs, comments, feedback, challenge activity, profile content, and other material you post. You grant PixelPicked a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, and display that material only as needed to operate, improve, and promote the Platform. You may remove your content where the relevant feature allows it, subject to reasonable technical, moderation, and legal retention requirements.

Challenges, scores, rankings, badges, and other community features may change as we improve them. You may not falsify results, exploit a game or the Platform, or use automation to gain an unfair advantage.

Developers who submit games to PixelPicked agree to the following:

• You own or have the rights to all content you submit, including game assets, screenshots, trailers, HTML5 builds, and descriptions.
• Your submission must be accurate and not misleading. Games approved based on misrepresentative materials may be removed.
• You understand that approval is not guaranteed. PixelPicked manually reviews every submission and may decline games that do not meet our quality and originality standards.
• If you upload HTML5 builds for playtesting, you agree that PixelPicked will host these files and automatically instrument them to collect supported gameplay and technical analytics. Depending on the build, this may include sessions, retention, funnels, interactions, heatmaps, session replays, performance, crashes, and device context. These signals may be incomplete when a build or browser prevents PixelPicked from observing an event.
• By submitting your game, you grant PixelPicked a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your game assets, host your HTML5 builds, and use your materials in promotional content including newsletters and social media.
• You may request removal of your game page or builds at any time by contacting us. Removal does not affect any content we have already published about your game in newsletters or social broadcasts.

PixelPicked may personalize feeds and recommendations using information such as selected interests and activity on the Platform. Rankings, recommendations, visibility scores, featured placement, and campaign results are editorial or algorithmic signals, not guarantees of impressions, testers, followers, installs, revenue, or commercial success.

Developers may receive analytics and feedback relating to activity on their game pages and hosted demos. This can include aggregated metrics and, where supported, interaction-level information or session replays. Developers must use this information only for legitimate game development, support, and analysis, and must not attempt to identify, contact, or profile individual players from it unless the player has independently chosen to communicate with them.

PixelPicked contains games, builds, websites, and store links supplied by third parties. When you leave PixelPicked or install a game through an app store, the third party's terms, privacy policy, payments, refunds, and support practices apply. PixelPicked does not control or accept responsibility for those external services.

A hosted demo may differ from the final store version. Developers are responsible for their games, age ratings, monetisation disclosures, store listings, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.

You may not use PixelPicked to:

• Upload HTML5 builds that contain malware, spyware, crypto-miners, or any code designed to maliciously extract user data or harm user devices.
• Submit games that contain illegal content, promote illegal activity, or infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.
• Submit games that contain sexually explicit content, graphic violence without appropriate age-gating, or content that sexualises minors.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users, developers, or members of the PixelPicked team.
• Create fake accounts, manipulate community voting, or artificially inflate follower counts.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without our written permission.
• Attempt to access areas of the platform you are not authorised to access, or interfere with the platform's operation.

The PixelPicked platform, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by PixelPicked and protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Game content submitted by developers remains the intellectual property of the respective developer. PixelPicked claims no ownership over game assets, builds, code, or creative work submitted by developers.

If you believe content on PixelPicked infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us at support@pixelpicked.com with details of the alleged infringement.

PixelPicked is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We are not responsible for the content, performance, or safety of games and HTML5 builds listed on the platform, which remain the sole responsibility of the individual developers. Listing on PixelPicked does not constitute our endorsement of any game or developer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelPicked shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

PixelPicked is an evolving service. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, eligibility rules, limits, or content when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the Platform.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform or sending an email to registered accounts. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them. The date at the top of this page shows when these terms were last updated.
