By accessing or using PixelPicked (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”) at pixelpicked.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of PixelPicked, including developers who submit games and players who use the platform to discover and follow games.

PixelPicked is a curated discovery and launch platform for indie mobile games. It allows developers to create game pages, publish development updates (devlogs), collect followers, manage beta testing, and run launch campaigns. It allows players to discover, follow, and be notified about upcoming indie mobile games.

PixelPicked is not an app store. We do not distribute game files or process in-app purchases. Downloads take place through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

To access certain features of PixelPicked, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You may not use another person's account without permission. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the platform or its community.

Developers who submit games to PixelPicked agree to the following:

• You own or have the rights to all content you submit, including game assets, screenshots, trailers, and descriptions.
• Your submission must be accurate and not misleading. Games approved based on misrepresentative materials may be removed.
• You understand that approval is not guaranteed. PixelPicked manually reviews every submission and may decline games that do not meet our quality and originality standards.
• By submitting your game, you grant PixelPicked a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your game assets, descriptions, and screenshots on the platform and in promotional materials including newsletters and social media.
• You may request removal of your game page at any time by contacting us. Removal does not affect any content we have already published about your game in newsletters or social broadcasts.

You may not use PixelPicked to:

• Submit games that contain illegal content or promote illegal activity.
• Submit games that contain sexually explicit content, graphic violence without appropriate age-gating, or content that sexualises minors.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users, developers, or members of the PixelPicked team.
• Create fake accounts, manipulate community voting, or artificially inflate follower counts.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without our written permission.
• Attempt to access areas of the platform you are not authorised to access, or interfere with the platform's operation.
• Impersonate another developer, player, or any member of the PixelPicked team.

The PixelPicked platform, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by PixelPicked and protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Game content submitted by developers remains the intellectual property of the respective developer. PixelPicked claims no ownership over game assets, code, or creative work submitted by developers.

If you believe content on PixelPicked infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us at pixelpickedupdates@gmail.com with details of the alleged infringement.

PixelPicked is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We are not responsible for the content of games listed on the platform, which is the responsibility of individual developers. Listing on PixelPicked does not constitute our endorsement of any game or developer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelPicked shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform or sending an email to registered accounts. Continued use of PixelPicked after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last updated.
