Game Description
You are a god. You've seen it all. You are profoundly bored
Bored God: God Simulator is a turn-based god simulator where every turn deals you 4 cards, each one an action to unleash on the planet below. Some are reasonable. Most are absurd. All of them have consequences.
🌍 HOW IT WORKS
- Every turn, pick 1 of 4 cards: a divine idea, a passing whim, or a disaster with good intentions.
- 18 interlocking stats react to every choice, across 6 systems: humanity, biodiversity, environment, science, economy and politics.
- Track population, happiness, disease, sea level, sea temperature, CO2, forest cover, pollution, food reserves, tech level, political stability — and yes, the rodent population.
- There are no neutral moves. Whatever lifts one stat usually sinks another.
🎯 SIX SCENARIOS, SIX KINDS OF GOD There's no single way to play. Pick a goal and find out how far you have to twist the world to reach it:
-
UTOPIA — Make them happy. Unbearably happy. Let's see how long the world holds up. 90% happiness · 10 turns · Easy
-
CLEAR SKIES — You're sick of the smell of smoke. Clean the air without gutting the planet doing it. Pollution down to 5 · 22 turns · Easy
-
GARDEN OF EDEN — A different experiment: give the planet back the abundance you took from it. 90 biodiversity · 28 turns · Moderate
-
SINGULARITY — Hand them every technology at once and watch what they do with it. 95 tech level · 18 turns · Moderate
-
APOCALYPSE — You're bored, and humanity stopped being funny. Drop the curtain before they notice. Population down to 100M · 19 turns · Hard
-
WATERWORLD — You always wondered if they'd learn to swim. Time to find out. Sea level at maximum · 18 turns · Godless
Every scenario rewrites which card is the "good" one. What saves the world in one run damns it in the next.
😈 ABSURD HUMOR, REAL CONSEQUENCES The cards are ridiculous. The numbers aren't. Wipe out the insects and watch biodiversity slide, then food reserves, then the economy, and two turns later your civilization has no government left. A dumb call on turn 3 is a catastrophe by turn 12. Winning means reading the system, not just laughing at it.
📴 PLAY OFFLINE, ANYTIME Single player, no internet, no waiting. Perfect for the commute, the checkout line, or those ten dead minutes between meetings. Open the game, end a civilization, close the game.
⚡ WHY IT STICKS
- Short runs: start and finish in minutes.
- High replayability: every scenario demands a different strategy.
- Easy to grasp, hard to master: it's only four cards, but choosing right is another story.
- No endless tutorials: you're a god, you're supposed to know what you're doing.
Humanity is counting on you. That's their first mistake.
