Pixel Glide: Deadstick
Media Assets

Game Description
Pixel Glide: Deadstick is a 2D side scrolling casual arcade game that takes inspiration from some real-world aviation concepts.
In Deadstick, you start with an aircraft that has already lost engine power and has effectively become a glider. You begin at a predetermined altitude and immediately start losing energy. The aim is to stay airborne for as long as possible.
Why?
Because passing birds awards you points, and this is a game about chasing high scores.
During your flight, apart from the birds — which you can absolutely hit — you will encounter updrafts. Updrafts are a natural phenomenon caused by rising air. In Deadstick, flying through one pushes your aircraft upward and gives you a small speed boost, allowing you to extend your flight.
Once you eventually have to land, you earn coins based on how many birds you safely passed, how many you hit, and the quality of your landing. These coins can be used to purchase new aircraft and paint jobs (liveries).
Some liveries are instead unlocked using Diamonds. Both Coins and Diamonds can be earned by completing Daily Challenges, while Diamonds can also occasionally appear during a run. Deadstick does not include in-app purchases (IAPs); however, Coins and Diamonds can be exchanged for one another.
While Deadstick is technically endless, the difficulty continues to increase the further you fly. The skies become busier, the gaps become harder to navigate, and staying airborne becomes increasingly difficult.
So challenge yourself, challenge your friends, and even challenge me to see who can reach the highest score on the global leaderboards — which are accessible directly from the game's main menu.
Why glide your aircraft to safety when you can score more points?
