digito. is a calm, minimalist number puzzle. You get a target number and a single digit — your job is to reach the target using only that digit, a few math operators, and your wits.
Sounds simple. Then you realise there's always a sharper answer.
HOW IT WORKS Say the target is 35 and your digit is 3. You might write 33 + 3 - 3 + 3 - 1… no wait, only 3s allowed. So: 33 + 3! ÷ 3 = 35. Solved. But could you do it in fewer 3s? That chase — fewest digits wins — is the whole game.
• Build the target with +, −, ×, ÷, powers, square roots, factorials and concatenation. • The moment you hit the target, the level just opens — the expression evaluates as you type. • Score on elegance: every solution counts, but fewer digits ranks higher.
THREE WAYS TO PLAY • Daily challenge — a fresh target every day built from two digits, ranked by how fast you reach the best answer. Resets at midnight. • Weekly flagship — one shared target you solve nine times, once with each digit 1 through 9.
