Swish Shot: Basketball Shoot

Swish Shot is a one thumb basketball game on a floodlit street court at night. Flick up toward the hoop, and the speed and angle of your flick decide the shot. Too soft falls short, too hard bangs off the board.

A round lasts 60 seconds. A clean swish scores 3 points, and anything that touches the rim or the board on the way in scores 2. The clock only starts on your first shot, up to four balls can be in the air at once, and a ball still flying at the buzzer counts.

I built the ball physics in 3D, with a real rim and backboard. A basket only counts when the ball drops down through the ring. The flick is measured against your screen height, so the same flick feels the same on a small phone and a big one.

There's a practice mode with no clock to find your touch. After each round you see shots, makes, swishes and your longest streak.

No coins, no energy bars, and it works offline.
