Game Description
Just Loot
Just Loot is a minimalist idle loot RPG built around one thing: the thrill of finding better gear. No quests, no story, no heroes, just the endless chase for the next drop.
Run dungeons instantly, discover thousands of randomly generated items across Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, and Mythic rarities, and build your character entirely through equipment. Stack Critical Chance, Critical Damage, Life Steal, Fire, Frost, Shadow, and dozens of other stats to create your perfect build. Sometimes the perfect Epic beats a mediocre Legendary, every drop could reshape your entire strategy.
Endgame and progression
Beyond the core loop, Just Loot offers two distinct endgame paths. Compete in ranked Arena seasons, resetting every few weeks with fresh ladders and seasonal rewards, or push through Dungeons, a separate PvE endgame system for players who want depth and challenge without stepping into PvP.
Weekly Hunts add a rotating competitive twist: players get a fixed number of runs (currently 200) to gear up and push as deep as possible, or team up to take down a shared boss based on total damage dealt. Best performers earn exclusive titles and leaderboard spots.
Collect and grow companion Pets, a permanent progression layer where pets level up alongside your build and provide passive bonuses. Salvage unwanted items into Dust, open Seeker and Ancient Packs, and join Raids with your guild to complete daily goals together.
Built for short sessions, built to last
Waiting for coffee? Walking the dog? One minute free? There's always one more drop worth chasing. The core loop is designed for quick sessions, but the progression systems (gear scoring, affixes, Pet leveling, seasonal ladders) give players a reason to keep coming back for months.
A solo project that grew into a community
Just Loot was built and is run by a solo indie developer, no funding, no paid marketing, no studio. Since launching quietly in July, the game grew from around 30 to 2,000+ daily active players entirely through organic App Store discovery and word of mouth, reaching as high as #15 in iOS RPG charts across multiple countries.
The community has grown into an active hub of over 1,000 Discord members, some of whom have built their own player-run wiki and independent build-planning tools, entirely unprompted. Future updates continue expanding the game with new seasons, dungeons, items, and endgame systems, while keeping the simple "Just Loot" experience at its core.
