The Replacement: Phone Mystery
Media Assets

Game Description
The Replacement is a puzzle game that takes place entirely inside a phone. The apps work like the ones you know, mostly. A switch falls when you tilt the phone. A slider goes past 100. To get through, you'll use the whole device: how you hold it, its buttons, the brightness of the screen.
WHAT'S INSIDE • 15 puzzle levels across five versions of one phone, from the first glossy buttons to glass • About 3 to 4 hours for most players • Every answer is in the game. No trivia, nothing to look up • Hints when you want them, from a small nudge to the full solution • Every level stands alone, so you can stop any time and pick it up later • Voice calls from the engineer who had your job before you
THE SMALL PRINT No ads. No in-app purchases. No account. It works offline. The camera and microphone are used in a few levels, only on the device, and there's always a way to play without them. The game can share anonymous play statistics and crash reports, so I can see which puzzles people get stuck on and fix what breaks; you can turn that off in Settings.
Halcyon and its phone are made up.
I made The Replacement on my own. If you get stuck or find a bug, write to me from the game's Settings. I read everything.
