You start with a five-letter word and change exactly one letter at a time to create another valid five-letter word.
The twist is that every letter you use comes from a limited supply. As those letters are consumed, your possible moves gradually disappear.
That means making a valid word isn't necessarily making a good move. A letter you use now might be the letter you desperately need several moves later. Your goal is simple: survive for 15 new words.
