Capture Real World Zones
HexTurf is built around real world movement. The map is divided into hexagonal zones, and every zone can become part of your team’s territory.
Move into a zone, start the capture timer and hold your position until the zone becomes yours. Every capture earns points and expands your faction’s control of the map.
The more connected zones your team owns, the more valuable your captures become. One zone is a start. A connected territory is power.

Battle for Control
Enemy zones are opportunities.
When you challenge a defended zone, a battle can begin. If the owner is active, they may get the chance to respond and fight back. If they are away, their defenses can still protect the zone.
Winning battles helps you break enemy control, take territory and open new paths for your faction.
Build Your Hex Signature
Your Hex Signature is your personal battle identity.
Customize your setup with different module slots such as Core, Shield, Engine, Signal and Disruptor. Your build affects how you perform in battles, raids and defense.
Your Hex Signature is not a character or avatar. It is your tactical signature on the map.
Build it. Upgrade it. Use it wisely.
Defend Zones with Ghosts
You cannot be everywhere at once, but your Ghosts can help defend important zones.
A Ghost is a temporary defensive copy of your Hex Signature that you can leave behind in a zone. It can help protect territory while you are away and make enemy attacks harder.
But spreading too many Ghosts across the map weakens your overall strength. Strong players do not just capture everything. They choose what matters and defend it well.
Readiness Matters
Your Hex Signature and Ghosts use readiness. Battles drain readiness, and readiness recovers over time.
This means timing matters. If you fight too often without recovering, your strength drops. If you plan your attacks and defenses carefully, you can strike when you are strongest.
Good players move. Great players manage pressure.
Use Tactical Items
Earn Turf Credits by playing and spend them on tactical items that help you capture, defend and counter enemy moves.
Use Shield to make a zone harder to take. Use Lag to slow down attackers. Use Breaker to remove enemy protection. Use Rush to speed up a capture. Use Key to open locked opportunities.
Items give you options, not automatic wins. Movement, timing, positioning and teamwork still decide the game.
No Pay to Win
HexTurf is built around fair competition.
You cannot simply buy control of the map. Important progression, battles and strategic strength are earned through play. Battle Tokens are earned by fighting and defending, and are used for things like unlocking modules and restoring readiness.
Optional rewarded ads may help you earn some resources, but they do not replace real movement, smart strategy or active play.
The players who win are the players who go outside, capture zones, defend territory and work together.
Team Up in Squads
Create or join a squad and coordinate with other players.
Plan attacks, defend shared areas, schedule raids and push into enemy territory together. When multiple teammates attack the same enemy area, you can create powerful raid opportunities and help your faction break through stronger defenses.
Squads make HexTurf more social, more strategic and more competitive.
Progress Every Time You Play
Every session helps you grow.
Earn XP, level up, gain Turf Credits, build streaks and master important zones. Capture the same area often enough and you can turn it into one of your signature territories.
