Game Description

Rabbit Hole is a daily race through Wikipedia. Every day there is one puzzle, the same for everyone: get from one article to another using only the links in the text. There is no search.

You have two minutes, and the clock starts the moment you hop in. Every tap on a link counts as a click, and going back counts as one too. Finishing is the win; finishing in fewer clicks is the better win.

When your race is over you see how your click count compares with everyone else who played that day, and you can share your result. There is one race a day, with a new one at midnight New York time, and earlier days can be played under Past puzzles.

First-time players get a short practice round before the real thing. A full game takes about two minutes. It runs in any phone or desktop browser at https://playrabbithole.io, with nothing to install and no account to create.

The game has two looks and follows your device's setting: in light mode you play above ground under a blue sky, and in dark mode you are down in the burrow. The screenshots show both.
