Game Description
Be the One is a score game where your world ranking is on screen while you play. It sits above the field and climbs place by place with every target you hit then you watch yourself pass other players during it.
On competition mode, that number means something because everyone plays the exact same run. The sequence is fixed and never changes, and the speed depends on how many targets you have hit, never on how long you have been playing. Two players with the same score are at the same point of the run, so scores compare directly and the run can be learned and replayed until you execute it cleanly.
Solid discs come down and you hit them. Hollow rings come down and you let them fall. One mistake ends the run.
Alongside the ranked mode there are fifty unranked levels, each at a fixed speed so it can be learned on its own.
