New Science is a card combination game with more than 60,000 cards and no fixed recipe list. You start with a handful of elements and combine them two at a time, and what comes out is worked out on the spot rather than looked up, so the game can answer combinations nobody anticipated. Every new card is illustrated the moment it is invented. Progress runs through 16 historical ages, from the Stone Age to the Age of Intelligence, and players are still finding around 500 cards a day that have never existed before. Discover one of those and it is announced to everyone playing, with your name attached to it permanently. It runs in a browser, on iOS, and on Steam.
